Krystal Gross
Co-founder
Krystal has devoted over a decade to advancing the financial services industry in the Metro Atlanta area. In her illustrious ten-year tenure at PNC, Krystal has excelled in roles encompassing New and Existing Client Onboarding, Relationship Management, and consulting to fortify clients’ personal financial foundations.
Her exceptional customer service skills and training have crystallized her passion for financial education, leading her to co-found Kare Knowledge, LLC. This financial consulting firm is on a mission to empower individuals on their financial journeys with strategic planning tailored to their unique goals.
A zealous advocate for financial literacy, Krystal leverages her comprehensive twelve-year background—including Out of Branch Management, Commercial Banking, Payroll and Benefits, Consumer-Directed Healthcare, and Retirement Plan Services—to guide her clients towards financial acumen. Her success in fostering relationships with decision-makers and influencers has been consistently recognized with numerous awards, underlining her dedication to excellence in production and customer service.
Kentucky-born and a proud alumna of the University of Louisville, Krystal obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Communication. Her collegiate journey was distinguished by her presidency of Xi Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta, where she earned the accolade of “Best Chapter Greek President” from a competitive Greek system of 32 fraternities and sororities.
Away from the numbers and consultations, Krystal indulges in the art of baking, finds solace in the pages of a good book, and feeds her wanderlust through travel. Her commitment to service extends beyond her profession as she actively participates in local charity events, takes joy in planning community outings, and rejuvenates through the simple pleasure of walks in nature.
Kia McEwen Hutchins

In December 2023, Kia McEwen Hutchins took a faith leap and decided to leave Corporate America as a Corporate Financial Wellness Consultant, Vice President. Kia’s nurturing and caring spirit has always been her strength in her professional relationships which led her to become the co-founder of Kare Knowledge, LLC.
This gave her the ability to follow her passion in helping others with their finances in a more holistic way by addressing the emotional aspects of money while providing education & strategy to them.
Kia’s 20 + years of financial experience consists of Retail Branch Management, Wealth Management, College & University Campus Card Programs, Payroll and Benefits, Auto Sales and Financing, WorkPlace Banking, Consumer- Directed Healthcare, Retirement Plan Services, Student Loan Debt Solutions, and overall Relationship Management with the key players of her client’s companies. She received a variety of awards throughout her career. In 2020, Kia was awarded the title of Market All-Star and winner of the Circle of Excellence award while working at one of the nation’s largest banks during one of the most challenging years to date. This speaks to her dedication to her clients and the ability to evolve during unexpected changes.
Kia attended the University of Georgia and received her Business Management degree from Shorter University. She is currently enrolled with UGA’s Terry College of Business pursuing her certification to be a Financial Planner. She volunteers and supports initiatives throughout the community by providing financial workshops for students from the Elementary to University levels, as well as adults from beginners to experienced financial levels. Kia is a proud Atlanta native with three wonderful boys and an awesome bonus daughter with her husband, “Bo” Hutchins.
